Recipe for Best Protein Pancakes

Pancakes are one of the easiest breakfast recipes, but they're carb-heavy and lack protein for a substantial breakfast. Protein powder helps, though!  

Protein pancakes are more filling than flapjacks and may be made ahead of a busy week. Make these delicious protein pancakes and eat two each morning with a cup of fresh fruit for a satisfying and healthy breakfast.  

INGREDIENTS I1 egg 1 scoop protein powder* 1/2 cup oats 1/4 cup plain Greek yoghurt  

1/3 cup milk 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla  

Blend everything in a high-powder blender. Preheat a griddle on medium. Instead of a griddle, use a flat pan on the stove.  

Spray or melt a little butter on the heated griddle.  

Pour 1/4 cup of ingredients on the griddle for ideal pancakes.  

Flip pancakes when they bubble on top.
