Homemade muffins should be a daily staple, in our opinion. Whether you're a fan of banana oatmeal muffins, zucchini muffins, or apple cinnamon muffins, we guarantee you'll love these simple recipes!

Get your oven preheated to 375 degrees and prepare a large muffin pan with paper liners.

How to Make Pumpkin Muffins

For the muffin batter:

Molasses, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, pumpkin, vanilla, and butter essence should all be mixed together.

For the pumpkin spice, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, baking soda, cloves, and pumpkin pie spice, whisk all of the ingredients together in a separate basin.

Mix the dry and wet ingredients together, being careful not to leave any flour streaks.

With a fork or pastry cutter, combine the flour, granulated sugar, cinnamon, honey, pumpkin pie spice, and salt with the butter.

For the streusel:

Divide the muffin batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling them approximately three quarters of the way.

Distribute the streusel mixture evenly over the muffin batter.

Cook in the oven for around twenty-eight to thirty minutes.

After 10 minutes of chilling in the pan, remove the muffins and set them on a wire rack to cool entirely.

Before serving, let cool completely before dusting with powdered sugar. Have fun!
