Peanut Chicken Wonton Cups Recipe

If you're tired of appetizers that take longer to make than the main course, you've arrived. These peanut chicken wonton cups are easy to make and delicious.

This simple two-bite app features tender shredded rotisserie chicken in a spicy-sweet peanut sauce, wrapped in a crispy baked wonton shell, and topped with colorful, crunchy greens.

Go condiment crazy: Ingredients can enhance food flavor without overdoing it. This appetizer's peanut sauce only requires peanut butter, hoisin, lime juice, and chili crisp, which you presumably already have.

Use your mad scientist skills to mix and match what you have for delectable results. Want more heat? Add chili crisp or find some sriracha you haven't used in a long. Want more tang? Increase the lime juice or add sushi night rice vinegar.

Correct rotisserie ratio: A delicious rotisserie chicken is one of the best kitchen shortcuts ever. Make the most of it by mixing white and dark meat 50/50 for richness and texture.
