Paula Deen Deviled Egg

These simple southern Paula Deen deviled eggs are creamy, tasty, and made with pickle relish.

It's a classic dish with numerous variations (see below), including cajun, curry, jalapeno, wasabi, no mayo, and more!

We acquired this recipe from Paula Deen, the queen of southern cooking. Her recipe is really traditional, which we enjoy! We've expanded her instructions and included a plethora of amusing options.

These are popular during holidays, particularly Easter and Christmas, and at baby showers.

They are ideal for picnics and get-togethers throughout the year. For a fun side dish, try our stuffed jalapeno poppers.

Boiled eggs, peeled. You can try this air fry egg recipe. Relish, sweet or dill. I typically like dill relish, but after testing the dish several times, I discovered that I really enjoyed it with sweet relish.

Yellow mustard is ideal for a classic pure mustard flavour. Brown provides a more earthy flavour.

As we tried this recipe, we discovered that it made little difference, and while I favoured brown mustard, the majority of our taste testers preferred yellow mustard.
