Oreo Stuffed Cookie

Ingredients for this recipe include butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, large eggs, vanilla extract, all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, salt, small M&M candies, and Oreo biscuits.  

Preheat the oven and prepare a cookie sheet using parchment paper or a nonstick baking mat.   

In a mixing bowl, combine the butter and sugars, and whip until light and fluffy.   

Combine the eggs and vanilla, then beat everything together. Put the dry ingredients in a separate basin and mix them together.   

Add half of the dry ingredients to the wet ones and whisk just until combined. Mix in the remaining dry ingredients, then fold in some of the M&Ms.  

Take two cookie dough balls and flatten them between your hands. Place one flat dough piece on the baking sheet, followed by an Oreo, and then another flat piece of dough on top of that.  

Repeat the process with the remaining dough and Oreo cookies. Seal the edges of each package of dough and Oreo.  

Shape the cookies into discs, with about 75% of the dough on top of the Oreo and 25% under it. Freeze until solid, then bake the cookies until light brown.
