Mini Toblerone Muffins Recipe
INGREDIENTS
Plain flour, 1 cup Cocoa powder: 1/4 2-tsp baking powder 1/3 c brown sugar
Melted, chilled 60g butter Milk, 1/3 cup 1 gently whisked egg 100g chopped Toblerone milk chocolate
Start oven at 180°C. Grease two 12-hole 2-tablespoon mini muffin pans or use paper cases.
Place flour, cocoa, and baking powder in a bowl. Add sugar. Stir. Draw a center well.
Whisk egg, milk, and butter in a jug. Fill well. Carefully fold chocolate into mixture.
Mixture should fill muffin cases 3/4.
Bake until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean, 10–12 minutes.
Leave muffins in pan for 5 minutes. Warmed serving.
