Marinated Feta Recipe

Marinated feta, a Mediterranean-inspired appetizer, adds herbs, spices, and olive oil to creamy feta cheese.

INGREDIENTS Idd 12 oz. cubed firm feta to the mixture. 1/3 c olive oil 2 finely sliced garlic cloves 1 finely chopped tiny red chile  

One thinly cut lemon zest and one tablespoon lemon juice 1 little fresh rosemary sprig (needles only) Kosher salt  

Directions Place feta in small basin. Warm oil, garlic, chile, lemon zest, and rosemary in a low skillet for 5 minutes until garlic is golden brown. Remove from heat and add lemon juice. Spoon warm oil mixture over feta and wait 10 minutes. Sprinkle salt and serve.
