The Keto Chocolate Peppermint Biscotti have been on the blog since 2013. However, there was no truly decent keto-friendly chocolate on the market at the time, so I had to make do with what I could.
For the chocolate dip, I had to use Lindt's low sugar dark chocolate, and the white chocolate drizzle required a cacao butter mixture. While it tasted nice, it had more carbs than I preferred.
