Beat 1 egg and mix with mince. Season with nutmeg. Split into 8 equal parts.
Cut pastry sheets in half. Put mince in pastry center. Beat remaining egg and brush borders.
Cut into 6 pieces after rolling up filling. Place seam-side down on trays.
Coat with egg and sesame seeds. Bake 20 minutes, then lower heat to 180°C and cook 10 minutes until brown. With tomato sauce.
