Hibachi-Style Fried Rice Recipe

Hibachi-style fried rice is quick and easy and a hit. Hibachi's fried rice is my favorite, so I planned to prepare it at home.   

I like leftover teriyaki chicken in my fried rice, but you may use any meat or none! It makes a fantastic side dish with or without chicken. Garlic can be added or subtracted as desired.  

Ingredients

Use ¼ cup olive oil. 2 big beaten eggs 1 cup chopped grilled chicken (optional) ½ cup chopped green onion  

2 tbsp sliced garlic 2-cup white rice cooked 3 tbsp soy  

Collect ingredients. Add olive oil to a wok or nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Stir eggs in heated oil for 2–3 minutes until done.  

Add chicken, green onion, and garlic to scrambled eggs and heat for 2 minutes. Cook and toss rice in egg mixture for 2 minutes until warmed.  

Soy sauce and rice combination should be uniformly coated after 3 minutes.
