Ingredients Needed: – Flour tortilla – Egg – Black bean – Corn – Cheddar cheese – Bell pepper

Dice bell peppers and onions. Drain black beans and corn. 

Step-1

Sauté bell peppers and onions until soft. 

Step-2

Scramble eggs in a separate pan until fully cooked. 

Step-3

Combine cooked eggs, sautéed vegetables, black beans, and corn. 

Step-4

Place mixture in tortillas, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, and add salsa. 

Step-5

Roll up tortillas, folding in the sides to seal. 

Step-6

Heat in a pan or skillet until golden brown and crispy.
