COOKIE CROISSANT RECIPE

Here's a delicious croissant recipe that combines the flaky texture of a croissant with the sweetness of a cookie: 

Ingredients 1 (8 ounce) box refrigerated crescent roll cookie dough 1/2 cup cookie cream (such as Biscoff or Speculoos) 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or chopped chocolate 1/4 a glass of chopped hazelnuts (optional) 1 tablespoon granulated sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon 

1 egg, beaten Mix with powdered sugar (optional) 

Preheat the oven:  Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 

Prepare the dough:  Roll out the dough into a crescent shape and divide into triangles along the perforated line. 

Leaving a small border around the edges, cover each triangle with a thin layer of cookie butter.  

Evenly distribute the chopped nuts and mini chocolate chips (if using) on top of the cookie butter.  

Cool and serve:  Let the croissants cool slightly on the baking tray, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
