Chicken Fajita Kebob

Chicken Fajita Kebabs are essentially summer on a stick! It's an incredibly simple keto chicken recipe that's packed with robust, fresh flavor. Let's fire up the grill and go.  

These grilled chicken kebobs are an ideal summer meal. They blend the simplicity and flavor of my keto fajitas with the enjoyment of summer grilling.   

With grilling season in full swing, we cook on an open flame at least three times per week. We cook large batches of grilled zucchini to serve with steak or Peruvian chicken.
