Beef and Provolone Sliders Recipe
Ingredients
One 3-ounce package unoiled julienned tender sun-dried tomatoes 1 12-ounce package Hawaiian sweet rolls Half-cup pesto
1/2 pound thinly sliced deli roast beef
Six BelGioioso Provolone slices
Preheat oven to 350°. Pour hot water over tomatoes in a small basin.
Stand until hydrated.
Cut rolls horizontally and place bottom halves in a greased 13x9-inch baking dish.
Pesto over top and bottom halves' cut sides. Use steak, cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes to fill bottom halves of rolls.
Bake 20-22 minutes under foil until cheese melts.
Remove foil and bake until tops are golden brown, 2-3 minutes. about 15 minutes; drain and dry.
