Bang Bang Cauliflower Recipe

Bang Bang Cauliflower adds spice and zest to our dinners. This dish is quick, easy, and versatile.   

Spice averse? Reduce sriracha and increase chili sauce. Hate cilantro? Replace it with finely sliced green onions.

Ingredients Use 3 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil. Two tablespoons sweet chili sauce One tablespoon sriracha One lime juice  

3 minced garlic cloves 1 medium floret-cut cauliflower kosher salt Freshly ground black pepper 1 tsp chopped cilantro for garnish  

Preheat oven to 425º. Mix olive oil, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, lime juice, and garlic in a small bowl.  

Step 2: Coat cauliflower in sauce on a large baking sheet. Be generous with salt and pepper. Roast in a uniform layer for 30–35 minutes until slightly browned and soft. Add cilantro and serve.
