Baked Mostaccioli Recipe

Baked Mostaccioli is a delectable blend of hearty tomato sauce, Italian sausage, spices, and cheese.

This classic mostaccioli dish may be made ahead of time and frozen for later use, making it ideal for busy weeknight dinners.

I would happily eat cheesy baked pasta every day of the week, especially if it was my baked mostaccioli (pronounced mos-tac-ci-oli) dish. Mostaccioli, like baked ziti, is a family favorite that always tastes great!

This cheesy baked mostaccioli is stuffed with ground sweet Italian sausage, onions, and garlic, and served with a simple homemade marinara sauce.

It is then covered with ricotta, shredded mozzarella, and parmesan cheese. Mostaccioli,

baked until bubbling, can be made ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to bake, or stored for later use!

Begin by cooking the mostaccioli according to the package directions, until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Brown the sausage in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Once done, transfer the meat to a clean platter and place the pan back on the stovetop over medium heat.
