Apple-hazelnut bircher muesli
This apple-hazelnut muesli starts the day delicious.
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups (375ml) apple juice 2 cups (180g) rolled oats 1 peeled, cored, finely grated granny smith apple
3/4 cup (180g) Tamar Valley Greek Yogurt 1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup (75g) coarsely chopped toasted hazelnuts 1/4 cup coarsely chopped pistachios
1 tablespoon roasted sesame seeds 1 tsp ground cinnamon 60ml honey
Oats and apple juice in a medium glass or ceramic bowl. Soak overnight in the fridge under plastic wrap.
Stir in the apple, yoghurt, and vanilla to the oat mixture. Mix hazelnuts, pistachios, sesame seeds, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
Evenly divide the oat mixture across bowls. Sprinkle hazelnut mixture over honey. Serve now.
