Air-Fried Korean Chicken Wing
Korean-style air-fried wings are crunchy, sticky, and spicy. When cooked in an air fryer, they take less than 30 minutes.
They make an excellent appetizer, or you can serve them with rice and vegetables for a more complete meal.
Ingredients:
Sauce. ¼ cup of hot honey (like Mike's Hot Honey®). 3 tablespoons of gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste).
1 tablespoon of brown sugar. 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
2 tbsp minced garlic 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root ½ teaspoon salt.
¼ teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions (just the green part)
Wings:
2 pounds of chicken wings. 1 teaspoon salt. 1 teaspoon of garlic powder. 1 teaspoon of onion powder.
½ teaspoon black pepper. ½ cup cornstarch
Garnish:
2 tbsp chopped green onion 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds.
