Magical mini muffins recipe

INGREDIENTS 15 and a quarter cups of self-rising flour One egg half a cup of milk sixty grams of butter, melted and slightly cooled a half cup of grated delicious cheese and 75 grams of sliced and diced ham  

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Prepare two mini muffin tins with a capacity of 12 x 1 1/2 teaspoons by lining them with paper cases or foil and pressing them in to fit.  

2. Place the flour in a bowl and sift it. Dig a hole in the middle of the area.   

Eggs and milk should be mixed together in a bowl using a fork.  

Combine the butter with the flour. Fold the ingredients together with a spatula or a metal spoon until they are almost altogether.  

3. Add the cheese and ham to the dish. Stir until everything is incorporated.  

Place the mixture into the cases.  

To ensure that a skewer placed into the center of the cake comes out clean, bake it for fifteen minutes. Muffins can be served either warm or at room temperature.
