Air-fried chicken katsu with homemade sauce

For the Chicken Katsu: – 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast – 1 cup all-purpose flour – 2 large egg – 1 cup panko breadcrumb

For the Homemade Katsu Sauce: – 1/4 cup ketchup – 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce – 1 tablespoon soy sauce

– 1 tablespoon mirin (sweet rice wine) or honey – 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard – 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder – 1/2 teaspoon sugar (optional, for added sweetness)

Prepare the Chicken: 1. Butterfly the Chicken Breasts:Carefully slice each chicken breast horizontally to create two thinner cutlets. This helps them cook evenly and quickly in the air fryer.
