Fudge-Filled Vanilla Cake Recipe

INGREDIENTS 1 regular-sized white cake mix 1 1/4 cups water 1/3 cup canola 2 big eggs 1 tsp vanilla  

1/2 cup melted white baking chips FUDGE FILLING: 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips 3 Tbsp butter Two tablespoons 2% milk 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar Two teaspoons light corn syrup 1 tsp vanilla  

MOUSSE TOPPING: 1 1/2 cups cold 2% milk 1-3.3-ounce instant white chocolate custard mix 1 8-ounce carton thawed frozen whipped topping 1 tsp vanilla Chocolate curls, optional  

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 13x9-inch pan. Beat cake mix, water, oil, eggs, and vanilla on low for 30 seconds in a large bowl. 2 minutes medium beat. Add melted chips and mix.  

Transfer to pan. Bake till a toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean, 25-30 minutes. In a small saucepan, melt chocolate chips, butter, and milk over low heat.  

Smoothly mix confectioners' sugar, corn syrup and vanilla. Cover warm cake. Completely cool cake in pan on wire rack.
