Fudgy Peanut Butter Cake Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup 2% milk 1/4 cup peanut butter A tablespoon of canola 1/2 tsp vanilla 3/4 cup sugar, split
1/2 cup all-purpose flour 3/4 tsp baking powder 2 tbsp baking cocoa 1 cup boiling water Vanilla or chocolate ice cream, optional.
Blend milk, peanut butter, oil, and vanilla in a large bowl.
Mix 1/4 cup sugar, flour, and baking powder in a small basin; slowly add to milk mixture.
Spread in a sprayed 1-1/2-qt. slow cooker.
Stir boiling water into cocoa and remaining 1/2 cup sugar in a small bowl.
Pour into slow cooker without stirring.
Cover and cook on high for 1-1/2–2 hours until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve warm with ice cream.
