This tequila-based take on conventional mule cocktails yields spectacular results. It's the ideal beverage for Cinco de Mayo.
This recipe calls for tequila blanco (silver tequila), fresh lime juice, and ginger beer. Garnishes like fresh mint leaves or lime wedges are also an option.
Pour the tequila and lime juice into a copper cup filled with ice. Add the ginger beer and whisk to mix.
If desired, garnish with limes and mint sprigs before serving immediately and enjoying.
